Come with me on an exciting hands-on artistic journey designed to elicit a creative response that will promote positivity and healing from within! This workshop is for adults and/or children who are survivors of traumatic experiences, people suffering from any type of chronic pain or illness, as well as those of us who are touched by the daily stresses of life that occur in this world we all currently live and love in. The goal is to provide a loose format of artistic creativity to aid the individual in expressing their innermost feelings in a safe and comfortable environment and to come away feeling calm, creative and at peace with yourself. Comfortable clothing that can get dirty is a must!
